Posti ("we," "us," or "our") is building the command center for creator and influencer programs. This Privacy Notice covers our current pre-launch website (the "Site"), including the waitlist. The Site is a simple marketing page — there are no user accounts, payments, or connected social media features yet.

When we launch the full product, we will update this notice to describe the data practices that come with it. For now, this is the complete picture.

1. Information We Collect

• Waitlist email — if you choose to join our waitlist, we collect the email address you enter so we can let you know when Posti is available.
• Local storage — we store a single value in your browser to remember that you've dismissed the cookie notice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not collect accounts, profiles, payment details, or social media data on this Site, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your waitlist email only to contact you about Posti — for example, to notify you when early access opens or to share occasional updates about our progress. We will not sell, rent, or trade your information.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. The only thing we store on your device is the local-storage value mentioned above, which simply remembers that you've seen our cookie notice so we don't show it again.

4. Data Retention

We keep your waitlist email until Posti launches or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. You can request removal at any time using the contact details below.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these rights — or to be removed from the waitlist — email us at hello@posti.co.

6. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us their email, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice as Posti evolves — in particular, we will expand it when the full product launches. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
